Being in Toronto Canada I was looking for a good reliable florets in the Radcliffe area, near my niece. This is the first time I have used Bealeys. The flowers and a box of chocolates were delivered the very next morning even with a late order the previous day, plus the potential disruptions due to Covid so I was impressed with that. My friend loved them and they are her favourite flowers, peonies and lilies. The other good thing is you are using a local business and I am all up for that.

The flowers looked great. Looked very much alike to the picture on the website I ordered at 9:30am online and she received it around 2pm. I would have expected sooner since the destination was within 5 min drive from the florist but all good though. Harry

The flowers were delivered a little late because of a misunderstanding of when they needed to be delivered but this was not an issue and florists were very apologetic and went out of their way to resolve this very quickly even sending an extra bunch of flowers! I have used Bealeys florist a few times now and the bouquets have been stunning and service is exceptional.

Superb flower shop. Placed order online at 8am. Had to change delivery address at short notice ay 9.30. 1st class customer service in dealing with this. The lady was extremely friendly and accommodating. Delivery made by 11 am so super slick too

My preferred florist rejected the order and passed it to the Web Team for another florist to be allocated. I am pleased to say that the florist that was allocated did a fantastic display of beautiful and some unusual flowers that delighted the recipient. Thank you Bealeys..
